Hazelnut & avocado cookies

Delicious and nutritious cookies that you can make in 10 minutes, ideal as a healthy snack, and your toddler will love it.


Ingredients

  • 60 g of hazelnut flour or ground hazelnuts
  • 30 g whole wheat flour
  • 80 g avocado
  • Tablespoon of vegetable milk: almonds or soy
  • 5 dates (removing the seed)
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast (royal)

Procedure

We mix the flours well with the yeast in a container/bowl.

We mash the avocado until it is pureed and we incorporate it together with the chopped dates into the previous mixture. We add a little of the chosen vegetable milk until obtaining a texture that can be spread, easy to manipulate with the hands.


We take a little of the dough and shape the cookies with our hands, we put it in a microwave for 3.5 to 4 minutes at maximum power or air-fryer at 200 ºC for 12 minutes (6 on each side already preheated).

Let it cool and enjoy.
